Back in the Lab with Anonymous Man
The Brooklyn Museum is back in the lab today to follow on from where they left off on Tuesday.
Shelly is once again live blogging the event on Twitter, and posting photos, which can be viewed here on this post.
Just like on Tuesday, you can send your questions and comments to Shelly live using your Twitter account, just send a message to @brooklynmuseum and be sure to include with your message the hashtag #mummywrap and it will end up in the conversation. The live reporting, questions and answers will all be accessible below.
*UPDATE: The live re-wrapping has come to an end for the day. The process will be ‘wrapped up’ next week on Tuesday at 9:30 EST.
All images, video and tweets are reproduced here with permission from the Brooklyn Museum.

Hi Sally,
Thanks for your comment. Yes, I mentioned the Mummy Chamber in Tuesday’s post Re-wrapping a Mummy Live in the Lab! and linked to the PDF you have on the Brooklyn Museum’s website. I’ve also plugged To Live Forever: Art and the Afterlife in Ancient Egypt a few times in the last few months too. I’ve been promoting your collection a bit and also the Mut Dig diaries here and on Twitter. There so much going on at the Brooklyn Museum. I just recently bought an iPod Touch and one of the first apps I got was the Brooklyn Musuem one. It’s a fun way to browse the collection. I’ll be writing a post about that soon too.
Thanks again.
